Q: Where are my items stored after being picked up & before they arrive back to my dorm?
A: All of your items will be stored in third-party, security-managed, storage facilites.
Q: What supplies do we provide?
A: With the purchase of the Summer Box Plan, we will provide you with three medium sixed boxes. As well as tape upon pick-up. We will also provide boxes if add-on boxes are purchased.
Q: I will not be available during my time window. What should I do?
A: Have someone trustworthy to meet the movers at your dorm. You must let us know in advance via e-mail or phone call! And remember remaining balances are due at the door!
Q: Does CampusCrate have item protection?
A: Yes insurance is an add-on available to all customers ($25). Upon purchase, a customer will have up top $350 covered in loss & accidental damage.
Q: Can I access my stored items mid-summer?
A: Items stored during the summer are not accessible in person. In limited cases, ship-only retrieval may be approved for a $60 fee plus shipping.
